EXPLANATION OF THE ACTIVITIES WITH STUDENTS

​

The methodology of GoINNO was done with twelve students and developed in an entire month. In this span of time all of them had to keep a diary writing specific things about their career such as:
 

● Who am I?
● What positive things can others say about me?
● My educational and professional path
● Self-evaluation and future goals
● My professional goals
● Vocational competences
● Informal ways to develop vocational competences
● A business idea
● Professions of the future
● Europass (an example of CV)
 

Every week they had to answer to 2 / 3 questions, and at the end, with the help of some teachers, they were able to understand their weaknesses, point of strength and where and how to work if they want to succeed in their future career.

REPORT ABOUT STUDENT’S FEEDBACKS

​

Students reported that this activity was very helpful in order to better focus on their
objectives, both for the general life and the professional career. It was also useful to
understand the points of strength and weaknesses of everyone, permitting them to work in order to eliminate or improve this things.
